BIODEGRADABLE PLATES + UTENSILS
We strive to have as little of a foot print as possible and offer biodegradable plates, forks, and knives for all events at no additional charge. Should you choose to rent plates and flatware our staff will utilize these items during service, clean appropriately, and leave in a predesignated location for return.
All Lobster Bakes will come with the option of shell crackers, wooden pick, bib, butter cup, and shell bowl. Any other items or upgrades will be the responsibility of the client
MENU TASTING
All booked clients will have an opportunity to enjoy a tasting of their menu. Our goal is for you to experience the quality, style and presentation of our offerings, giving you a sneak peak to your big day!
ADDITONAL
10% CATERING COORDINATOR + EVENT MANAGER
This includes time spent during the planning of the event, the tasting, and the event manager who will be on site for the event coordinating with the other vendors and managing our staff throughout the day.
$200 MINIMUM TRAVEL FEE
This fee covers travel to any event within a 1 hour radius of locations in Portland and Bar Harbor
$300 PER ADDITIONAL STAFF (KITCHEN STAFF/WAITSTAFF/BARTENDERS)
On average events require 3 Kitchen Staff, 4 Wait Staff, and 2 Bartenders
Waitstaff service includes setting of tables prior to event, food service, bussing and clearing, and organization of rentals. Set up, breakdown, or moving tables and chairs not included.
$400 EQUIPTMENT FEE
This covers all large kitchen equipment including Grill, Griddles, Fryers, Boilers, and Food Warmers.
20% GRATUITY
8% FOOD AND BEVERAGE TAX
REQUIRED RENTALS
The Client is responsible for providing a 20x20 Catering Tent with 8 Prep Tables and 2 Food Service Tables. If appropriate area with whether coverage is provided by the venue the tent may not be needed, upon our approval.
The client will be responsible for all Family Style Serving needs including Platters, Bowls, and Serving Utensils, along with Bread Baskets or any other items needed specific to the menu.
UPON AGREEMENT A CONTRACT WILL BE ISSUED OUTLINING COMPANY TERMS AND POLICIES. A MINIMUM DEPOSIT OF $5,000 WILL BE DUE ALONG WITH A SIGNED COPY OF THE CONTRACT TO CONFIRM BOOKING.
